At Blue Star, in the small village
of Endorf Germany, we have a proud history of invention and innovation.
- In the 1970's we invented the world's first true Synthetic
Gut tennis string, made from our exclusive "polyamide
gut", Blue Star Original
is known around the world for it's gut like feel and comfort.
- We combined our exclusive "polyamide gut" with various
materials and fibers to produce strings with enhanced power,
Laser, enhanced
control, Focus,
and enhanced Feel and Touch, Fibergut.
- In 2002 we introduced our second-generation "polyamide
gut" strings, Stargut.
These strings are a virtual synthetic copy of natural gut. Now
tennis, racquetball, and squash
players can experience the performance of natural gut at an affordable
price.

While other string manufacturers put their product
in plastic bags, we have developed a packaging system that encases
our Blue Star tennis strings in an air-tight foil pouch that locks
in moisture, keeping them as fresh as the day they were made.
